What this course is about

Oracle Enterprise Manager Cloud Control is the single pane of glass for managing an entire Oracle estate — databases, listeners, hosts, Fusion Middleware and the cloud — from one console. Once you have ten, fifty or five hundred targets, you stop logging into servers one by one and start running everything through OEM: monitoring, alerting, performance diagnostics, patching jobs, compliance and reporting.

This is a live, hands-on course built on a real OEM 24ai Cloud Control deployment. You'll install the Oracle Management Service and repository, push out Management Agents, discover and add targets, and then work through the day-to-day that a DBA owning OEM actually does — monitoring with Performance Hub, managing incidents and alerts, scheduling jobs, setting blackouts, and configuring compliance, reporting and a DR strategy on cloud. Taught live by our senior Oracle DBA instructors, who have run OEM across production estates for over a decade.

What learners say

★★★★★

We had OEM half-installed and nobody really understood it. After this course I rebuilt the OMS cleanly, pushed agents to every host and finally monitor our whole estate from one console. Worth every rupee.

The incident management and blackout modules changed how my team works. We stopped drowning in false alerts during patching and now route incidents straight to the right people. Very practical, very real-world.

Performance Hub used to intimidate me. The instructor walked through real slow-SQL cases live and now it's the first place I look. The compliance and reporting section is exactly what auditors keep asking us for.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need a big server to follow the labs?
OEM is heavier than a single database, but you can run a lab OMS plus a couple of agent targets as virtual machines on a well-specced laptop. Pre-built Oracle VM lab kits are available so you can practice without spending days on setup.
Which version of OEM is covered?
We work on OEM 24ai Cloud Control monitoring Oracle 19c and 26ai databases. The console, agents, incident management and Performance Hub concepts carry straight across the OEM versions you'll meet in production.
Are the live sessions recorded?
Yes. Every live session is recorded and added to your secure student portal with lifetime access, so you can re-watch the install and monitoring labs as often as you need. Recordings stream inside the portal on any device — there are no downloads.
When do batches run?
Live sessions are on weekday evenings, Monday to Friday at 8:30 PM IST, taught by our senior Oracle DBA instructors. The next batch starts 28 September 2026 — message us on WhatsApp to confirm the current schedule.
How do I pay?
Payment is via Razorpay — UPI, cards or netbanking. Unlock the fee on this page, then enroll. Message us on WhatsApp if you'd like a custom plan.
