Course content & access

When you enrol and your payment is confirmed, you are granted a personal, non-transferable right to attend the live sessions and/or access the relevant course content. Your account and access are for your individual use only and must not be shared. Recorded course content streams inside our secure student portal and is not available for download. Recording, copying, re-distributing or reselling any course material is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension of access without refund.

Payment

Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and processed through our payment gateway, Razorpay (UPI, cards and netbanking). We do not store your card or banking credentials — these are handled securely by Razorpay. We shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly out of the decline of authorisation for any transaction.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations and refunds are governed by our separate cancellation & refund policy, which forms part of these terms. Please review it before purchasing.

Governing law

Your use of this website, and any dispute arising out of such use, is subject to the laws of India and the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Thane, Maharashtra.
