As published, DBNexus does not offer cancellations or refunds. Because of this, we encourage you to review the course details and ask us any questions on WhatsApp before you purchase.

Cancellation & refund policy

No cancellations and no refunds are entertained once a payment has been made. This applies to all purchases — live training batches, recorded courses, pre-built Oracle VM lab kits, documents, and on-job support and consulting services.

Our products and services are digital in nature, and access or content is delivered to you immediately or shortly after payment. For this reason, all sales are final.

A note from your web team: a strict no-refund policy is your published position, so we've reproduced it faithfully. Be aware that Razorpay and Indian consumer norms generally expect at least a limited refund window — you may want to consider a small, clear exception (for example, a refund if a live batch is cancelled by us, or before a recorded course is accessed) to reduce disputes and improve buyer confidence.
